The Big Island Chocolate Festival (BICF) is presented by the Kona Cacao Association, Inc. The mission and goal of this new association is to promote the cacao industry on the Big Island of Hawai‘i by presenting BICF as an educational and outreach opportunity for local cacao farmers, the hospitality industry and cacao enthusiasts. The Big Island Chocolate Festival is being held on October 15-16, 2021 at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, Hawaii on the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Festival encompasses seminars, demonstrations, a student chef competition, a professionally judged taste off competition, a gala fundraiser and a silent auction.
